History

Design is based off of old Camp Tom Wooten patch and the Region 9 shield. There are 7 feathers, one for each lodge in Section SR-3. The Capitol dome with flame is taken from the 1947 Conclave that Tonkawa hosted. Embroidery company did not do great artwork and so the flame looks like a lobster claw.
