Missouri Valley Council BSA 1960 First Flap; this is the second item issued by the lodge.
A woven, cut edge flap. Red border with a gray woven background. All lettering on the flap is in red. Arrow has a brown shaft with a red arrowhead and feathers. Central design is a brown teepee with a red door superimposed over a yellow top circle and red inner circle. Four feathers on both the right and left sides of the flap have red tips, brown feathers with yellow at the bottom. This was a small sized issued flap.
